Rochelle Mann - Professor of Music Fort Lewis College

The primary reason I would recommend Michael Pratt is his pursuit of excellence, leadership, respect and his desire to develop and grow to become the finest musician possible. He is a natural leader with regards to his own actions and example. What you will experience with Michael is a sincere and consistent respect, with authority, title and experience that is genuine and authentic. As a musician he is able to grasp and synthesize new concepts and ideas and is always eager to learn something new. He has a tremendous work ethic and is extremely disciplined in his goals. Michael Pratt has my highest recommendation as a musician, teacher, and person.

John Pennington - Professor of Music St. Augistana College

I have know this gentleman for the last six years. Michael is outstanding at all percussion instruments from hand drums to xylophone. He is a great set player who led the jazz ensemble that I conducted for two years. He is always extremely well prepared and helps to set high standards for the other ensemble members. He is one of the finest students I have had the opportunity to teach over the last twelve years, compared with other students I would put him in the top five percent with regard to performance. Michael is very mature and has the utmost respect for his colleagues and students. You will be gaining a fine performer and teacher.
